Service providers and transfers
We use specialist providers for hosting, database and authentication, form handling, email, analytics and operational monitoring. These currently include Netlify and Supabase. Providers may process information outside the United Kingdom under appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. Retention periods vary by record type. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
